Volunteers

Florence “Flossie” is married to Mahlon with two children and seven grandchildren.  She lives in Honey Brook, PA and became involved with YWAM when Metui and Parla started attending the same church where she attends.  She has been volunteering in our office and Coatesville Neighborhood Center now for three years and has been a great help as an assistant to Parla.  Flossie’s calling is to volunteer her time, energy, and talents to YWAM Coatesville as the Lord directs.

Dorothea is married to Dale and were dairy and chicken farmers for 30 years.  They have five children, and two grandchildren.  Dorothea developed a burden for the people of Coatesville through helping with a Kid’s Club in Coatesville for 15 years.  She is currently working with the preschool and has been since 2004 when the school first opened.

Francisca joined our preschool staff in 2007.  Her connection with us came through having her son, Emmanuel, enrolled in the preschool.  She showed a real interest in what her son was being taught and she frequently helped to translate preschool information to our Spanish speaking families.  We soon came to realize that Francisca had a gifting in the area of working with children and so we asked her to join us on a more permanent basis.  Francisca lives in Coatesville with her husband, Jose’ and their son Emmanuel.
