Leadership Training School-Seminar

The LTS Seminar is a six week training course registered with the University of the Nations. It is geared primarily to help younger leaders in YWAM develop a new model for 21st century leadership. The focus is the life of the leader, including the disciplines of a leader, leadership principles, pioneering dynamics, vision implementation, leading a base and leading people skills. More than ever in this changing world the kind of servant leadership needed is the kind Jesus lived out on earth.

Endeavouring to create an excellent learning environment, with lots of participation and interactive teaching elements, staff and students will learn together and the whole group will work as one body. Teachers will include Team3 members and other keynote speakers. Course content will include:

*The DNA and values of YWAM, as learned through our history
*The Apostolic & prophetic anointing of YWAM
* Pioneering
* Transformational vs transactional leadership
* Strengths based approach to personal and team development
* Women in leadership

School Leaders:
Mike and his wife, Ros, have been in YWAM for 31 years.  Formerly from Zimbabwe where they pioneered YWAM’s ministries in South Central Africa, they have lived in Northern Ireland for the past 19 years;  having pioneered YWAM’s ministry there, they now serve YWAM – Western Europe as well as having international teaching ministries.  They have 2 married children and 5 grandchildren.
